CYCLONE GABRIELLE SUPPORT
The Future of Severely Affected Land (FOSAL) voluntary buy-out and relocation programme provides options for landowners living on Category 3 land. This land has been designated as being no longer safe to live on following the 2023 severe weather events due to the risk of future flooding and loss of life.
There is currently no additional funding support available relating to Cyclone Gabrielle.
CIVIL DEFENCE PAYMENT
If you and your family have been affected by an emergency event, you may be able to get a Civil Defence Payment from Work and Income.
